The fully automatic packing machine is a packing machine with strong compatibility and can be used for different specifications of cardboard boxes. It effectively moves the entire row of bottles above the cardboard boxes. According to the packing requirements, the automatic whole row is ensured to fall into the cardboard boxes through positioning devices. So, what is the working principle of the fully automatic packing machine stacking system?

After the automatic packing machine completes the packaging of the product, it enters the conveyor line and is transported to the sealing machine before passing through another conveyor line. There is a positioning device, also known as a positioning baffle, in this conveyor line. This device and positioning plate can complete the rotation and positioning of the box material, allowing it to be positioned on one side and then transported to the buffer zone. Above the buffer zone is the stacking robot, The robot uses a robotic arm to lift the entire box material vertically, then runs horizontally to avoid a safe passage. After passing through the safe passage, it is placed vertically in the stacking area. After placement, it returns to the original path. After the stacking area is completed, it is forked away by a forklift and placed on an empty stacking plate.


Secondly, the cardboard box stacking robot can complete three-dimensional spatial movement movements such as heavy object grabbing, handling, flipping, docking, and fine adjusting angles, providing an ideal handling and assembly tool for material loading and unloading and production component assembly. The loading and unloading stacker not only reduces the labor intensity of the operation and provides safe material handling, but also provides system solutions for special environments such as explosion-proof workshops and hazardous areas where personnel cannot enter. With various non-standard fixtures, the robotic arm can lift various shapes of workpieces, achieving a zero gravity floating state of the load. The operator can easily lift, move, rotate, tilt forward, and roll over the load. And quickly and accurately place the load in the pre-set position, allowing one person to easily operate items that only a few people could move.
