How to use belt conveyor lines correctly

The belt conveyor line is an important type of conveyor among various types of conveyors, which combines the mechanical friction and continuity of conveying materials to complete its own operation.

From the starting point to the end point is the realization of mechanical workflow. It can transport both bulk materials and various finished products. Of course, simple material transportation is only one of them, and the other is one of the hubs for completing different systems in industry, thus achieving complete assembly line operations.

The working principle of a retractable tape conveyor line is the same as that of a regular tape conveyor, which uses tape as a continuous transportation device for traction and load-bearing. However, a storage device and a tape retraction device are added. When the traveling car moves towards the tail end of the machine, the tape enters the storage device and the tail retracts; On the contrary, the tail of the conveyor extends, thus making it scalable.

The reason is that the conveyor line manufacturer has low tension or there is material or water sticking to the surface of the drive drum. The tensioning screw should be tightened to increase the tension. Clean the drive drum and increase the cleaning force of the empty section cleaner. The reason for the deviation of the conveyor belt at both ends is due to the deviation of the drum assembly position. The screw of the tensioning device on the deviation side should be tightened to adjust the direction of the drum position. Adjust the position of the transmission drum by adjusting the bearing seat. The reason for the deviation of the conveyor belt in the middle is due to the incorrect installation position of the roller. Check whether the installation position of each supporting roller is perpendicular to the conveyor belt, otherwise loosen the installation bolts to adjust the position of the supporting roller. After adjustment, tighten all bolts. In addition, the feeding point at the feeding port not located in the center of the conveyor belt may also cause deviation, and the feeding situation should be improved.
