It can be combined with an automatic pallet feeding machine, stacking conveyor line, incoming and outgoing conveyor line to form a fully automatic stacking system, which can greatly reduce labor personnel and labor intensity;

This device adopts the Eston servo and motion control system to achieve intelligent operation and management, which is simple and easy to master;

One machine with multiple functions, quick adjustment, no need to worry about replacing stacked products;

Adopting the gear and rack produced by Taiwan Jingrui Guangyong Company, it has the characteristics of good wear resistance, high accuracy, and stable transmission;

Adopting pneumatic components and cylinders from ADK, Schneider is used for low-voltage electrical equipment, and SICK is used for optoelectronics, ensuring quality and reliable performance;

The electrical wiring adopts plug-in connection, which is easy to install;

The safety door and cover are equipped with an electric noise sensing device. When the cover door is opened, the machine stops working and can protect personnel;

Several stacking methods can be completed without replacing the stacking parts, using built-in software to increase the stacking of products without programming;
